TERMS OF SALE: NET 30 days from date of sale on approved credit unless otherwise arranged. A 1.5% per month (18% per annum) charge will be made on outstanding balances over 60 days. Deductions from invoices will not be allowed without first contacting CHA Sports.

PRICING AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: All pricing is subject to either GST or HST taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at the time of ordering will apply, including any back orders. Possession of our price lists does not constitute an offer. CHA Sports reserves the right to refuse any order.

ORDERS: All orders can be sent, phoned in, faxed, e-mailed or given to any of our sales representatives for processing.

SMALL ORDER SERVICE CHARGE: A $10.00 service charge will be added on all orders under our $100.00 net minimum order.

SHORTAGES & ERRORS: All claims for lost or damaged goods must be made directly to the delivery carrier. Any shortages due to our packing errors must be reported within 10 days of invoice date for adjustments to be made.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE: All returns must be authorized by CHA Sports and receive a return authorization to be returned within 30 days. CHA Sports reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. All product must be in saleable condition and free from price tags and adhesive. Returned merchandise freight must be PREPAID BY THE ACCOUNT. Freight "collect" returns will be refused.

WARRANTY: All products are warrantied to be free of defects in manufacturing & materials only and limited to the following procedures and remedies. Upon prior approval by CHA Sports, products (see Returned Merchandise above) may be returned postage/freight prepaid. CHA Sports will either repair or replace the merchandise at its option at no cost to the retailer and be returned prepaid. Product damaged in your store(s) is your responsibility.

LIABILITY: The user assumes all risks entitled in action and has read all instructions and precautions in the use of our products as printed on our product labels. No company representative can waive or change this condition.
